Orange Shirt Day at EPE

Our students have been learning about the importance of Orange Shirt Day and the lasting impact of residential schools. Today, we wore orange to show that Every Child Matters and to honor survivors, families, and communities.

Our Grade 4–6 classes also had the meaningful opportunity to join the Elk Point Health Care Center’s Truth and Reconciliation Walk yesterday, walking together in the spirit of learning, respect, and remembrance.
