Our Grade 6 class has been busy bringing their Holes novel study to life! Inspired by the book, students took on a STEM challenge in the Makerspace Room to design and build their own digging tools. They then tested them out in the sand while Mrs. Mudryk stepped into character with her best Mr. Sir impression.
Congratulations to Jacob F. and Jacob P. for digging the deepest holes (though not quite the legendary 5 feet deep by 5 feet wide)!
