Farewell, Grade Sixes!

We said farewell to our Grade 6 students on Friday, as they prepare to take their next big step - junior high.

After a warm welcome, our Grade 6s made a grand entrance, parading in with high-fives and big smiles! Each student was introduced on stage as their Kindergarten and Grade 6 photos played alongside their classmate-voted awards.

Mr. Finlay shared heartfelt memories from the year, and Board Chair Mrs. Smyl offered words of wisdom for the journey ahead. A special congratulations to Gracie Beck, recipient of the Grade 6 Academic Award, presented by Mrs. Smyl.

After the ceremony, students enjoyed celebrating with their families and friends at the photo booth area, capturing memories they’ll cherish forever.
